In Ghana’s dry season real grass turns brown. Well-installed artificial grass stays green and clean every day of the year.

FreeCoat installs artificial grass for homes, hotels, schools, churches, offices and event spaces across Ghana — front lawns, compounds, pathways, rooftops, balconies, play areas and poolsides.

Good artificial grass depends on the base. We clear and level the ground, prepare a compacted, free-draining sub-base, lay a weed barrier, then fit, join and secure the turf so seams are invisible and edges stay neat. Patterns such as checkerboard pathways can be cut in for a designer look.

We also deliver the rest of the compound: paving and patterned walkways, pavement and floor painting, planters and water features — so the outdoor space is finished to the same standard as the house.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does artificial grass cost in Ghana?

Cost depends on the area, grass quality and pile height, and how much ground preparation is needed. FreeCoat measures the site and gives a written quote.

Does artificial grass get hot in the sun?

Like any outdoor surface it warms in direct sun. Choosing a suitable product and adding shade around seating or play areas helps.

How do I maintain artificial grass?

Occasional brushing, removing leaves and rinsing is usually enough. There is no watering, mowing or fertiliser needed.

Can you install artificial grass on concrete or rooftops?

Yes. We install on prepared concrete, rooftops and balconies with suitable underlay and drainage.
